June -July 2013 in pictures (with captions, of course)!

and showers for the retreat center Amaury's parents, Amado and Ramona run.

the children in Palo Alto while making them balloon animals - it was
a memorable day for all!

Thank you Woodland Hills! We are amazingly blessed by your support and all the work the team did to build up our ministry center! This will positively affect the lives of all those to whom we minister! You were all clearly God's hands and feet in the DR!

Amaury traveled to Rochester, NY, and preached at Willow Brook Christian Church
and at a friend's church in Syracuse, NY. He had a great trip!

While Amaury was travelling, Catherine was blessed to attend a
Big Daddy Weave and Chris Tomlin concert in Kingsport, TN,
with her family! It was a great concert and night!

Well, we can honestly say that this has been the busiest four months of ministry that we have had since beginning 8/28 ministRies! Along the way, there have been many blessings, some challenges, and a few trials, but God has been faithful as always. In the last four months, Amaury has taught seven classes in three different prisons and one class for the community of Los Cocos, had six of his students baptized, preached in the Hole and Palo Alto, and led a leadership workshop in Palo Alto for the church in the Hole. We have also hosted friends who came to help in our ministry, prayed fervently while Catherine's mom faced breast cancer and praised God for providing healing so quickly, moved into our new ministry center and home, hosted a group from Fern Creek Christian Church who provided a Drama Camp for and worked in the community of Los Cocos, coordinated remodeling of the stage at SCS, produced two musicals - Aladdin at Santiago Christian School and En Busca de Mas (Looking for More) with 8/28 pRoductions at the Cultural Center in Santiago, and Catherine's 41 seniors at SCS finished their senior year and all graduated! Along with all of that, we are also excited to announce that we are now four months pregnant!!!

If you've had to read that more than once, we understand - we can hardly believe all that God has provided and brought us through as well! Thank you for your prayers and constant encouragement and support!
